Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For low-value items, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
